Subject Line: Preserve Vital Health and Safety Regulations for Virginia Women

To those who can correct this shortcoming:

Common sense regulations to prevent women from being placed in great danger in abortion clinics must prevail. There is no reason not to expect any woman from having to put her health at risk simply because we fail to demand that her health remain a high priority during a procedure that can quickly go from non-life threatening to great risk of death.  There have been all too many cases when the life women have been unnecessarily endangered because of political reluctance to ensure they have the necessary certified care, as well as the ability to quickly be put in the care of a hospital should the abortion go terribly wrong for the woman in addition to the baby that is killed.

There are dozens of procedures that involve far less statistical risk for the woman that also have very strict rules in place to protect women in the unlikely event of a problem.  Not to ensure the appropriate level of treatment for women at an abortion clinic is a guarantee that women will be put at risk instead of taking the action that should have been put in place long ago.

Please exercise the opportunity to protect women from needless risk and further trauma to their minds and bodies that already are significant with any abortion.

Thank you and God Bless you!
