Women who choose to access abortion clinics need safe and qulaity care.  It does no good to relax regulations which are in place to promote safety, quality care and health. Becuase abortion clinics think of themselves as healthcare facilities they need to be bound by the sme regulations which all other helathcare facilities are bound by.
