Please ensure that facilities that behead and dismember pre-born babies in utero are not allowed to compound this evil by operating in less than absolutely safe and sanitary conditions. Just because a pre-born child currently has  no legal right to live, the Commonwealth should not compound this evil be allowing abortion providers to endanger the health of  its mother by operating in less than absolutely sanitary conditions.
