This legislation hurts the law abiding residents of Virginia and those citizens who travel into Virginia.  Criminals do not adhere to the law, therefore this legislation only makes it safer for them! Creating "gun free zones" creates targets. It is very clear that those who want to do us harm seek out "gun free zones" and the good people who follow the law leave their gun at home and are left defenseless.
