I've read the reasoning for this legislation and it is immediatly evident that McAuliffe and Herring are tormenting 2nd Amendment proponents and CCW owners.  Liberals never seem to tire of tormenting conservatives with burdensome legislation and expanding overbearing government.  I haven't found any examples or events of CCW owners, in-state or out-of-state, that would have prompted this legislation for Viriginia .  If anything, CCW permit holders are the most vetted gun owners and have the most training in firearm safety among gun owners.  We value liberty and freedom in Virginia - please stop hassling law abiding citizens.
