I am a Virginia citizen and have a CHP. This action by the attorney general is just despicable.  This is typical of democrats, they cannot get policies enacted by legislative means so they resort to dictatorial fiat. Out of state CHP holders have never been a problem in Virginia. What problem is this supposed to fix?
