I am utterly agast at McAliff and his co- conspirator Herring to blatant disregard the legislative prosess in withdrawing reciprocity  from 24 States on concealed carry. They KNOW that this is not the will of the Citizens of Virginia, but a despotic act of political hackery, so typical of Democrats !
