The proposed legislation will create shooting galleries for terrorist and mass murders who do not follow the existing laws e.g. against murder.  This measure only removes a "right" for law abiding and responsible citizens that follow the law, legally buy a firearm, apply for and are approved for a concealed carry permit to protect themselves and their family from those individuals who are intent at destroying others.  This law makes no sense…
