The governor has no constitutional authority to pass this foolish piece of regulation which only has the effect of making Virginia unsafe from terrorists, violent criminals and the criminally insane.  My son-in-law of less than one year is a Police Officer in the state of Virginia.  Your dangerous regulation will not even allow him to carry while off duty in certain areas, endangering his life and well-being.  Stop it and think about what your doing. Please do not pass this regulation and please extend the comment period for at least 30 days during this busy holiday season.
