This regulation is dangerous to public safety.  Police and security personnel are not properly equipped to deal with the potential threat they face today.   Arriving after a mass shooting event to complete paperwork on the dead will only feed the press for an evening. 

Why deny Virginia citizens right to self-defense when you know Government buildings are targets of terrorism, why make it easier for terrorists to succeed? it makes no sense to place virginia people in a position where they have no other option but to die becuse they were not allowed to carry a gun to protect themselves.
