This executive order is unconstitutional.. We elected the Legislature to enact laws, we shouldn't be ruled by fiat law!

State employees are protected by the Constitution of Virginia. We are granted the same right to self protection as any other citizen. The Commonwealth is not immune to terrorist activity, and certainly many Commonwealth owned properties are located in crime prone districts.

Enough of rule by executive order, we have the legislature to make laws.
