banning carry in state building is only making state employees targets. Off duty police and concealed carriers are one and the same thing (the good guys). Making it a gun free zone only keeps the good guys from carrying in state buildings. Criminals aren't going to follow the law anyways, that's why they are criminals! This governor is way out of line and is making a target of state agency's with this ban.
