Almost every mass shooting or terrorist attack in recent years has been in a"gun free zone". Thus, the only people who were armed were the attackers who simply ignore the regulations and have a soft target in which to kill or injure the greatest number of people. It doesn't require the too much thought to realize that the presense of armed citizens could put a prompt and sudden stop to an attack, and to make the target location a less desireable place. At a time when organized terrorists have announced an intent to attack soft targets, the Governor, in his wisdom has decided to create more of them from which they can  choose. This is utter disregard for any sense of reason.
