The governor says there is an "emergency" in Virginia and he needs to ban hnest citizens from legally carrying firearms in state buildings, even though they have passed stringent background checks in order to use their civil right to carry concealed in the first place. I have searched high and low for any instances of Virginians with permits using their firearms illegally inside state buildings and been unable to find a single instance.

However, there are many examples of disarmed victim zones, such as the Canadian Parliment building, where criminals and terrorists feel free to attack because they know misguided politicians, liek the Virginia governor, have made their targets much easier to hit by disarming their intended victims!

Unlike the governor, normal citizens don't have the luxury of 24 hour body guards willing to lay down their lives to defend them. They must depend on themselves and  their natural right to self defense, as enumerated in the US and Virginia Constitutions. Plus, who will pay for the defense against the lawsuits of teh blatently unconstitutioanl action by the governor? Not him, of course, but the populace that he is so cavaliarly disarming to begin with!

Mr. Governor. If we must be disarmed, so should you and your guards, after all, if we have nothing to fear, then so do you! If guns are bad for us, then they are bad for you and your guards too. Set the example and have your guards disarmed, 24/7.

               Or are you just another damned Liberal Hypocrite?
