Proposed State Agency Gun Ban Will Endanger State Workers

All mass shootings in America over about the last 50 yrs except for one have taken place in "gun-free zones".  If the governor turns all state agency buildings into gun-free zones, he will be systematically increasing the likelihood of a mass shooting event in those buildings.  With these facts being common knowledge and domestic terrorism events on the rise, why in the world would this governor seek to put state agency employees and visitors in increased danger?  This proposed gun ban should not be implemented.
