This regulation is lashing innocent citizens to create an appearance of doing something to stop the violence, while doing nothing about the true sources and causes of the violence which continue to do havoc among us freely.

This regulations should not be approved and the emergency regulation withdrawn.  Please extended the comment period for another 30 days.
