This regulation is incompatible with public sfety and the Virgina Constitution

This proposed regulation will not support public safety.  It plays directly of terrorists, violent criminals, and the criminally insane who are the one's killing our citizens and doing so most often in places law abiding citizens are barred from carrying firearms.  We have had no shootings in state agencies and this prohibition on those with a concealed handgun permit, some of whom have active and ongoing threats to their lives, is entirely without justification and needlessly reckless.

Under what authority does the Governor have to implement this regulation?  None.  The Governor has been given no such authority by the General Assembly or the Coomonwealth's Constitution.

This proposed regulation is a solution in search of a problem while endangering state employees, law abiding citizens, and the innocent.  This regulation will only make it safer for terrorists, criminals, and the criminally insane to conduct any evil they may intend.

This regulations should not be approved and the emergency regulation withdrawn.
