There is an old saying "If it ain't broke don't fix it."  There have been no incidents concerning concelled carry or open carry in State Agency Building so why ban the practice?  We know gun free zone are targeted by those wishing to do us harm; don't give them another opportunity to do so.  This proposal does nothing to further the safety of Virginians.
