Creating gun free zones is the worst possible thing we can do. Since 1950 all but two of all mass shootings have occurred in Gun Free Zones. This makes Gun Free Zones the most dangerous places anywhere.  Off Duty Police and CHP holders are two of the most law-abiding groups of citizens in the Commonwealth. There have been zero incidents in State Owned Buildings, so this new Executive Order is totally unnecessary. It should be dropped and not extended.
