Presumption of Guilt

Legislation of this type does not prevent gun crime.  Only those who would follow the laws stating to not harm others will also follow laws barring weapons from certain locations. Those who would do harm intetntionally will find ways to cause harm.  In the case of locations where no one is legally allowed to have a weapon, those intent on causing harm will violate the weapons ban as well as the right to life of those inside, who are rendered defenseless.  This entirely useless legislation presumes the guilt of all people who lawfully and peacefully carry concealed weapons in the Commonwealth.

Additionally, I request the extention of the comment period by thirty days.
