This regulation should not be approved and the emergency regulation withdrawn as it serves no purpose other than to disarm law abiding citizens of the Commonwealth.  Terrorists and other criminals will not abide by this regulation.  The General Assembly has already made the voice of the people heard with the current laws regarding  concealed and openly carried handguns.

Please extended the comment period for another 30 days.
