Action | Promulgation of new regulation banning concealed firearms in executive branch agency offices |

To prohibit the possession of firearms by legally approved concealed carry permit holders in government controlled offices, buildings, and properties is an infringement on the Second Amendment rights of our citizens. The second amendment does not set limits to our rights, and neither should the state government. This restriction places all Virginia citizens in greater jeopardy as it creates a whole new category of gun-free zones.
