Nearly every mass slaughter worldwide has taken place where the perpetrators have expectations that there will be no armed opponent who might kill them.  These murderers and terrorists are cowards who delight in killing defenseless people.  McAuliffe is a sockpuppet for his lord little tiny Mikey Bloomberg the miniature human both in character (a liberal ) and stature.  McAuliffe has too little mental capacity to think of such stupidity as manufacturing more kill zones;  he acts on the bidding of his owners.  Anything McAuliffe proposes will only hurt the people of Virginia.
