Emergency Regulation needs to be Withdrawn

This proposed regulation is a solution for which there is no problem. It endangers state employees, law abiding citizens, and the innocent by making state buildings a safe zone for terrorists and criminals to conduct their evil and savage actions. This proposed regulation will have the opposite of the intended affect by playing into the hands of terrorists, criminals, and predatory people. We have had no shootings in state agencies and this prohibition on those with a legitimate concealed handgun permit is entirely without any justification; needlessly and recklessly endangers innocent lives. Disarming good citizens (who are the only ones likely to obey the prohibition, criminals don’t obey the laws now) does not make them safer, it puts them at a higher risk from individuals seeking to inflict casualties at any cost. These regulations should not be approved and the emergency regulation withdrawn. Remember, "gun-free zones" are a tragedy waiting to happen that has been demonstrated time and time again throughout our nation. I haven't heard of any group trying to attack a police station, gun show or any assembly where authorized conceal carry people are gathered.
