The Governor is doing nothing more than pandering to national level liberal politicians.  If another "rule" would work then why doesn't the laws about illegal carry, murder, etc. work?  I am also sure the Governor isn't going into those buildings without his contingent of armed guards.  Does he think he is better than me?
