Total Disregard for Safety of State Employees and Citizens

Apparently our Governor has no regard for the lives of state employees or any citizen visiting a state office. The only thing this regulation is doing is making state offices an open invitation to terrorists (domestic and foreign), who now know they will meet little or no resistance to an attack. Does he honestly believe that this regulation is going to stop someone from repeating what just happened in California? The only thing it is going to do is reduce the likely hood of an employee or citizen being able to stop a similar attack. It is clear the Governor is simply paying back Bloomberg for his campaign contributions. We know what the price is to buy a Virginia Governor, 1.1 million dollars (Washington Times October 22, 2013).
