Of all the boneheaded ideas McAuliffe has come up with, this one takes the cake.  No "mass shootings" have been carried out by concealed carry holders and, thus far none in Virginia offices.  Of course, until now, Virginia offices were not "gun free zones," where, I might point out, "mass shootings," DO OCCUR!
