"Gun Free Zones" are dangerous. Do not implement this proposed regulation.

There is a very clear correlation between mass murder events and gun free zones. Many attempted mass murder events have been stopped prematurely by armed citizens where concealed carry is permitted. Because these attempts were interrupted, most people never learn of them. Understandably, the media tends to focus only on those incidents where there are a large number of casualties. Virginia Tech was a gun free zone. Thankfully, up to this point, most Virginia government buildings have permitted the concealed carry of firearms. For the safety of all, it should remain this way. Do not implement this proposed regulation.
