Please extend the comment period an additional 30 days! 

Why would the State want to ban the right of law abidding citizens the right to defend themselves in what are obviously targets of bad guys?  Why is it that gun laws and restrictions are always targeting everyday citizens instead of criminals?  Just like locks on a door keeps good poeple out but a crimal will just kick the door in and walk in. You think a criminal or terrorist will turn and leave when he sees the "no guns allowed" sign? It is more of an invitation and advertisement that the poeple inside have been disarmed by the very people that are supposed to protect us. I prefer to be able protect myself.
