Will criminals obey this law?

Will this law stop someone intent on entering one of these gun-free zones and murdering as many people as s/he can?  As we have seen with so many other gun-free zones, it will not.  This is yet another feel-good measure taken by the usual suspects that will not increase safety for anyone but will actually put the people working in those spaces in greater danger as state agency buildings are targets of violence, whether by Daesh, domestic terrorists, or the mentally unstable.  This is a misguided law that could very well lead to people getting hurt or worse and, if it happens, McAuliffe and the media will be quick to blame the gun and seek yet further senseless bans.
