McAuliffe creates more "gun-free zone" terror targets = supidity in action!

What "emergency" is the executive order supposed to address?  There have been no shootings in state agency offices, and a public decree that they are "gun-free zones" will add them to the long list of "gun-free zones" that have consistently been targets of choice for both jihadi terrorists and suicidal attention-seekers ... does anyone seriously believe that such people would obey a "no guns allowed" sign?

That notwithstanding, the Governor lacks statutory authority to impose such a ban!

The proposed regulation to ban lawful concealed firearms is a solution in search of a problem.  Both the "emergency regulation" and the proposed regulation are purely political and needlessly endanger state agency employees.

The executive order "emergency regulation" should be withdrawn, if only because there is no articulable "emergency" or statutory authority, and the proposed regulation should NOT be approved because it will encourage violent attacks on state agency offices..
