Unless VA is prepared to make all outpatient surgical centers follow the same regulations, it is ridiculous for them to require all of these regulations that would be required for a hospital. Are they prepared to ask those who provide cosmetic  etc. Otherwise it is clear that the concern is not safety but a political agenda and I resent having the government involved in my personal decisions. This then becomes a separation of church and state issue.Centers that provide womens health care and abortion should not have these onerous regulations.
