The TRAP regulations were instituted without any research to determine if there was any evidence to support them - they were forced on the Board of Health by the anti-abortion religious wing-nuts. It's already been made clear that there is no solid evidence that would require these regulations.

Laws and regulations must ue best evidence to justify their institution; emotions and religious beliefs must be put aside.
