TRAP is government overreach

TRAP regulations should be repealed.  They are an example of big government and are intended to sidestep our constitution. Regulations that sincerly support women's health would include a wide range of medical procedures that go beyond abortion. These regulations are damaging to women's health as well as a woman's right to choose how best to resolve her own personal decisions.  The BOH cannot, in clear conscience, uphold these regulations, when it is clear that the regs are in place solely to prevent women easy and affordable access to legal procedures. Please use your judgment as health professionals to reverse these regulations, because you know that women's health really does depend on access to clinics that will provide the services that they need.  Abortions by definition occur under unfortunate circumstances.  Please do not make the problem worse.  Repeal TRAP.
