I worked for the Virginia Department of Health in the early 80s and was responsible for overseeing the regulatory process.  I know first hand how important and powerful these regulations can be.  Health Department regulations should promote public health, not further a political agenda.

Please vote against these regulations that are not based on accurate medical information.  Abortion services must be legal and provided in safe situations.
