Thank you for voting to amend the medically-unnecessary and highly restrictive regulations for abortion providers in Virginia. It is important that as the Board moves forward, it does so with the intention of keeping trusted women’s health care centers open. It is imperative that affordable access to safe, legal reproductive health care is protected for all Virginia women. 

Abortions will still happen, regardless of the laws. The idea is to make it safer for women to make that terrible choice, if they have to. It is crucial to a comprehensive healthcare program that cares for all people and leaves open as many options for good health that we can!

Again, keep in mind, no one who gets an abortion WANTED to do it, but they have a right to make the CHOICE for themselves!
