The men and women who operate VA's health clinics have the well-being of VA's women and families first in their minds and hearts. TRAP regulations threaten this well-being because in an effort to curb abortion in VA, the regulations will for the closure to clinics that serve broad communties, and offer comprehensive health care services.

In an effort to deny women a common, normal, and essential element of their health care -- these regulations do harm to whole communities.

Surely, no matter what you think of women or their personal choices, this much wider harm cannot be your goal.
