Abortion is legal in the U.S.  These Targeted Regulations for Abortion Providers have absolutely nothing to do with the health and safety of women and everything to do with trying to circumvent the law of the land.  Surgical abortion performed by a medical doctor in a clean environment is safer for the woman and her furture childbearing ability than actual childbirth.  These are facts.  Regardless of your beliefs concerning legal access to safe abortion, the law protects it as a legal right.  Don't continue this charade of a political agenda masquerading as sound medical regulation.
