It is important for the health of women that the same Health Care regulations should exist for all clinical facilities.  The reversal of these protections/regulations create a potential danger for women seeking abortions at these clinics since the quality of care mandated will be lax and could lead to an increase of infections, injury or even death.

Please keep the regulations for licensure in place.
