Abortion Clinic Restrictions

I cannot fathom going to a clinic for a medical procedure and not having it abide by common safety and sanitary guidelines.  There are reasons why doctors offices, hospitals and other medical facilities have basic guidelines, unexpected emergencies happen, infections happen, errors happen.  Hospitals have problems keeping infections in control and they are very clean.  I cannot imagine going to a facility for a procedure as invasive as an abortion and not having it be required to meet a minimum safety and sanitation requirement.  These requirements are put in place for the safety and health of the paitents/clients not, as is commonly believed, to put the clinics out of business.
