The previous administrations blockage to women's health, including abortion and abortion counseling was clearly based on "religious" motives and not science.  The "religious" motives were anything but pure and wholly subjective as Mr. McDonnel and his allies see women as individuals to control rather to have a full partnership with in life.  Let the woman choose what she wishes to do with her body instead of having men with whom she has little in common decide for her.
