stop overbearing regulations

I agree with others - while understand the need for "standards," the width of hallways, types of water fountains, and similar non-medical care related items are spurious to the entire issue.

I have to wonder why these same regulations are not being applied to businesses that offer 'outpatient' trype medical and/or surgical procedures, e.g., liposuction, botox, cosmetic surgery in general, or even body piercing.  Those procedures carry risk factors, arguably as much (or more) as any procedure offered by a Womens Clinic.

How much of this regulation is driven by political correctness, religious belief, social acceptance (or a lack thereof), as opposed to actual need?

How much is designed to put a business out of business by making "construction standards" retroactive?

How many other businesses could be shut down because they don't meet current ADA design standards?

Abortions are not the only service offered at Womens Clinics.

Should access to those services be denied as well?

As middle aged male, what right do I possibly have to tell *any* woman 'you can't see that doctor because' (pick an excuse).

Like it or not, abortion can be considered a necessary service.

Whether I like it or not, it is her choice, not mine.

Like it or not, abortion is legal on a federal level.

The State appears to be attempting to bypass federal law by creating overbearing regulations to put clinics out of business.  Stop it.
