Scaling back current regulation on abortion facilities will put women at risk. Abortion facilities perform medical procedures, and should be subject to the same requirements as any other facility doing the same. The abortion industry has shown that it is incapable of self-regulation. The proposed legislation is clearly politially motivated, and flies in the face of logic and good judgement. Respect women by protecting their lives and safety.
