It is ludicrous to treat abortion providers differently than any other medical provider. Inspections at abortion clinics have turned up numerous violations that would have caused hospitals, doctors offices and other providers to be shut down immediately.This is not the time to bow to political pressure from a very small, but very vocal minority who support the abortion industry, some of who (Planned Parenthood in particular) receive large sums of public money.Virginia women deserve the same level of medical scrutiny in these clinics as they would receive in any hospital or medical office.
