Its absurd that we have minimum to no regulation for what the abortionists (licensed doctors) refuse to call a medical procedure. Virginia should be ashamed that it resists basic safety for women & babies. If they cant meet hospital or real clinic standards, then shut their doors. Its common sense and common decency.
