If there needs to be an abortion industry, it must include SAFETY of the women it serves. Since self-regulation is not working, this industry needs state regulations. Many politicians want to over regulate almost every other phase of a Virginians life, but here where it is needed, many are silent. Sounds fishy to me! yvonne brendley
