We should want only the best care for Virginia women. In light of recent regulation reviews, over 400 violations, we can only conclude that the Dept of Health must do more to ensure healthy facilities for women. Dept of Health must strengthen its resolve to get health care providers of all kinds to live up to the high standards of health care in Virginia. It is no longer feasible to allow health care providers to regulate themselves.We recognize the task required to regulate, but with health care it is necessary to make sure this task is completed thoroughly and timely. We feel the Dept of Health is best tasked with this regulatory oversight. Frank & Edie Walusek
