If these centers are there to help women they they would being doing everything possible to meet hospital standards to ensure women will be safe and cared for should the unexpected happen. The fact that they are fighting to meet standards means they are hiding gruesome facts, especially with so many current violations per center. More oversight and hospital grade standards are needed to protect womens health and safety. It is the job of the Virginia Board Health to make sure women are safe and getting the BEST possible care. Why are these centers spending money on fighting the best standards when they could use that money to upgrade their facilities. They certainly have the funding but choose not to give women the first class care they deserve. That says something! Jacqueline Manapsal
