Respect Women, Require Safety

Board of Health,

The health situation in the abortion industry is unsatisfactory and unacceptable to a society which places any value on human life. The total disregard for the health and safety of the pregnant woman who is undergoing the procedure is emblematic of a society where that individual is totally disregarded in lie of lessening the expense (and hence, increasing the profit) of the procedure to the facility so performing it. The abortion industry, with all of its influential investors, cares more about profit than they do about the health and safety of their patrons. This situation is not uncommon in many industries, which is why agencies such as yours have been established with the purpose of enacting oversight to insure imposed regulations are adhered to. What we see, through your inaction relative to these inspection reports, is not only the disregard of the industry, but also the ineffectiveness of your organization. Be it unintentional and a result of ineptness, or intentional and a blatant failure to perform your task as required by law, the result is the same. The abortion industry continues to function providing sub-standard services to the public in a less than acceptable environment for the health and safety of the public. And your agency is failing to perform its appointed task. You need to take a serious introspective look at your performance and begin doing your job to insure the health and safety of the public whom you are employed to serve! Richard Cheliras
