Relaxing restrictions on abortion facilities does NOT help women

As a woman, a life long resident of VA, a mother, as well as someone whom has had an abortion....I urge Governor McAuliffe to maintain the imposed restrictions set forth upon abortion facilities.  Such facilities need oversight to ensure the proper care for the women that choose this avenue because abortion is still a surgery and is not to be taKen lightly.  Too often the care for the woman on the table is less than par and these facilities stay under the radar because no one wants to accept fault.  Conversly, when a woman suffers a miscarriage & requires a D and C to extract the baby in a hospital setting, there are healthcare protocols in place to ensure patient safety.  Any outpatient surgical setting should be subject to such protocols and regulations.   Please do the right thing in order to protect the constituency, not just what they prefer in hopes of simply attaining votes.
